Boat – Kentucky to Washington

This 29-foot Adventure Craft boat was transported from Louisa, KY to Mossyrock, WA. The cardboard you see on the front was to protect the front windows during transit.

Corvair UltraVan - Washington to Utah

Our youngest daughter and son-in-law bought this Corvair UltraVan, serial #543, as a restoration project. They don't have enough space to really work on it, though, so they asked if we would store it for them temporarily.

You wouldn't believe how many looks and thumbs up we have gotten towing this unique looking van. Several people came up to get a closer look and ask questions. One couple stopped by our table in the restaurant in Baker City, OR (there weren't any other people in there, so they knew we were hauling it) and asked if that unusual motorhome was ours? So we talked all through lunch. You never know how you're going to meet new people!

If you are interested in the history of the UltraVan, look here; there is a "coffee table" book about them, too, showing them fixed up in various motifs, from 50s Western to Tiki Lounge.
